Menu items will be kept simple but of highest quality. Muffins, bagels and breads will be baked in house, or fresh delivered. Assorted sandwiches will be built with top quality deli stuff. Barbecues could be run regularly. Deserts will include fresh pies and various kinds hard ice cream.

A wide range of coffees, beans and flavors will be available as will multitudinous kinds of teas, including vast herbal varieties. All drinks will be made with pure water. Fresh juices and pitchers of lemonade will refresh and quench the thirst.

For some, the summer may be about relaxing with an iced cappuccino's on a shady outdoor table. The winter will see hot drinks in big mugs warming cold hands next to the fireplace.
